We operate independently of engine manufacturers, major airlines, and maintenance facilities. Are you an Engine Technician holding an EASA Part-66B1.1 license and looking for a new, responsible position in Southern Germany?

 

We are looking for an Engine Technician (m/f/d) in full-time to join us as soon as possible.

 

Who we are:

 

Kabamba Aerospace GmbH was founded in 2008 by Joachim Kabamba and is specializing in engine maintenance consulting, borescope inspections, engine spare part sales, Power by the hour calculations and expert witness statements. We are not depending on any engine manufacturer, major airline, or maintenance company. We have extensive expertise in engine shop visits.

 

We support airlines and corporate operators around the world regarding the maintenance of their aircraft engines. As a small but specialized company, we aim to be the go-to place for airlines operating less than ten aircraft.

 

Basics:

  • Attractive compensation

Main tasks:

  • Engine borescope inspections on PT6A, PW100, PW150, CF34 and CFM56-3/5/7 series (minimum one of the five mentioned)
  • Engine shop visit management including table inspections at MRO
  • Perform troubleshooting

 

Personally performed responsibilities:

  • Perform borescope inspections including certification of BSI
  • Perform troubleshooting of engines as applicable
  • Attend or witness table inspections at MRO or customer’s premises
  • Perform all other related duties as may be assigned by the manager and/or Compliance Monitoring Manager

 

Job requirements:

  • Holder of an active EASA Part-66B1.1 license
  • Efficient and accurate working style
  • Team spirit and positive attitude
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (minimum level B2)
  • Proficiency in any other European language is nice to have
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs and internet services
  • High willingness to travel
